The flight
The flight as ok i guess for some reasson my flights to South america seem to have the most turbulance no idea why but i don´t like it...
Other then the turbulance and the harry potter marathon on a old 80s plane where the sound cut out the 24 hours in transit went by well like 24 hours in transit.
Buenos Aires
Bs.As seems to have changed a fair bit then 2 years ago when i visited last, LOTS of tourists it seems as though word has spread fast Argentina is cheap With amazing archticture and beautiful woman...
Definatly a City i will have to go back to, but for the moment all i really want to do as get to montevideo and share some mate with my friends i had made last time i was in uruguay.
So I should my parents around we did the touristy thing, lots of photos i think i turned a little japanese the past 2 days stay tuned for photos of me infront of lots of differnt scenery!
I Arrived in montevideo 2 hours later then i had expected, 2 days on the continent and already i´m turning latino...
Actually it wasn´t so much my fault as not knowing that there was a hour time differnt between the 2 countreies because its not always like that but one uses daylight savings time and the other does not... anyways...
I arrived and my friends were not there.... So not to panic i used the washroom changed some currency, still not sure exactly what a fair currency is exactly i changed some left over argentino peso.
Then i went back to my gate to see if my friends had found it and just when i as going to give up i head BRIAN! i had no arrived in uruguay.
The evening.
We kept it nice and simple i found a bed at the red hostel, then we all went to playa pocitios and had some mate, I really had my heart set on going there because all those long cold days on the 6th floor at work, (this may sound corny) But i would shut my eyes and picture myself there with my friends having some mate or some beers and i would then know it was all worth it...
