Rain
Early this morning i awoke to the sound of water falling, i though ah shit not another flood.
I then looked around and being unable to find the source of the sound i looked outside and it was pouring rain like crazy, Guess if its rainy and sunday its a good day to leave the beach and move on.
Normally the rainy season ends in the start of november but with climate change its all messed up and has been pouring like crazy I hope my last 3 weeks arnīt like this.
Anyways so i woke up early and met up with a dutch guy and isreali girl who are heading in the same direction we took a bus to la virgen and then hitch hiked to the boarder.
This was like my 4th time hitch hiking in the past week its pretty sweet and really normal here as anyone with a pick up truck will pick u up, and i feel pretty save sittign on the bed of the truck coz i can just jump out if things felt strange, Thus far everyones been really awesome.
Boarder.
The boarder was pretty streight forward but really busy we wasted about an hour doing all the bullshit strangly this was the least streight forward and while not difficult the most difficult of all the other crossing which could be done in seconds rather then a hour.
After getting our stamps we noticed a tourist bus empty and i knocked on the window and invited myself on board he had droped some gringos off in managua for a flight and was now returning to san jose empty so we paid him a couple bucks and he took us to a town called cana which was as close as he could drop us to our city.
Tilaran
So now i am in tilaran as the last bus to la furtuna (i think thats wher im going tomorrow) left at noon so stayed in town and will catch an onward bus first thing in the morning.
Thus far theres a big differnce from Costa rica and everywhere else it truly is 20 years a head of everyone else in Central america its clean efficiant the inferstructure is nice the people are friendly and its full of gringos even this town we accedently ended up in is full of gringos i think just EX PATS.
ATMs
The atms were down this evening all around town so today i budget like crazy since i have no local currency.
Well thats about all for now Cheers
