Tegucigalpa to Managua depart Tegucigalpa @ 9:15 am arrive in nicaraga @5pm same day 8hours approx with tica bus value 20$

managua to costa rica san jose depart managua at 6 ,7 or 12 am arrive i san jose at 4 5 or 8pm
10 hours on bus with tica bus value $23 or 33 for executive

Depart costa rica at 11pm arrive in panama at 4pm the following day 15 hours of traveling

Panama City to Bocas del toro
A direct bus from Panama City to Bocas del Toro, via Almirante has recently become available with the opening of a new road. The bus ride takes approximately 8.5 hours and the cost is aprox. $20 US. Bus departs from Gran Terminal Nacional de Transporte near Albrook Marcos Galabert Airport
(tel: 507-232-5803). From Almirante, you will need to take the water taxi to Bocas del Toro on Isla Colón ($4).

To return to San Jose by bu from boca del toros: Transporte Bocatoreño departs every day at 10:00am from the bus terminal in Changuinola
