Hey ya all So fast lil update.

Today i left Antigua for what should have been a chill 2.5 hour bus ride to san pedro in lake atilan.
However my first central american gong show protest happend, In one of the little towns on the way to lake atilan Some family had gotten kidnaped and the whole down shut down in solidarity and buses and taxis blocked all routes through and out of the town...

This town is located on the top of like a mountain and over looks the lake, So the bus driver told us it could be a while so we took out all of our backpacks and started walking down the mountain road, after about 30 min in the heat and trying to flag down random cars to hitch a ride, one truck pulled over and we hoped on the back, this truck if you can picture it there was a metal bar down the middle so you could stand and hold onto the center As this way you could easy pack tripple the normal amount of people into a pick up truck.

So if you can picture how amazing it was We are loaded onto this guatemalan pick up truck standing up on the bed of the truck full of people with our backpacks and all our gear on flying down this mountain road over looking this amazing volcanic lake, it was a pretty aamzing experiance, gotta find the good in some of the bad.

So now i am in san pedro something something which is a chill hippy town for today and tomorrow then back into the world of adventures.
