So i am currently couchsurfing at a friends house in Cabo frio Its been great and tonight i make my journey back to Rio to catch a night bus to curitiba yup its gonna be a LONG LONG day and i expect the bus station in rio with no AC or fans will be Hot as ever as i kill many hours waiting for my bus.

Last night

Last night i probably had my worst night of the trip so far as i got food poisiong and was being visiously attacked by what seemed like millions of mosquitos the night lasted forever.

When dawn had come i origionally was planing to head to a near by town i had heard was really nice but i was so sick and exhausted i stayed another day in cabo frio that i just slept away.

The good news is i feel much better today and will begin my long journy south tonight.
