SEATTLE, I LOVED YOU LET ME COUNT THE WAYS:
I spent 3 months in Seattle for work and fell in love with the West Coast. The pace was nice and relaxed, without being as dreadfully slow as Kansas (sorry Kansas, but I'm a New Yorker at heart and never got used to people driving under speed limit in the fast lane!!)

I loved:
The seafood (the best Lobster Bisque ever!)
The shops, restaurants, attractions (can you say: Space Needle!)
The sushi (and the Asian food in general was soooo delicious! Including the best Thai food!)

As a caveat, it really DOES rain every day! But don't ever say that out loud in front of a Seattle local. I got my head chewed off a few times and was repeatedly told that was a myth. And what say them to the fact that it rained EVERY day for the 3 months I was there? Pure coincidence.
