1.My mom enjoying a home cooked meal at my place
PICKING MY MOM AT THE AIRPORTAfter planning my mom's trip to Costa Rica what seems like ages ago, the date arrived and so did my mom! Doņa Zoraida and her son, Carlos were kind enough to go to the airport with me and pick her up. We enjoyed great conversation and company on the way back to my place, as my mom started to enjoy the beautiful mountain views that I get to enjoy every day. She was also amazed when she saw how steep the hills are that I have been walking every day.
EXPLORING
I cooked a healthy dinner for us and then we started walking my neighborhood streets. We spent a wonderful few hours with one of my neighbors, David, who had invited us to go hang out on his balcony and watch the sunset. Afterward, we went out on the town and enjoyed the Christmas decorations and festive mood at the Multiplaza, my favorite mall in Escazu! Now, we're getting some rest, as we have a jam-packed itinerary for the next few days that include some of Costa Rica's greatest treasures!

I am so happy to see you together and enjoying life.Being in contact with mother nature is a priceless and rewarding experience that every human being should have. What could be a better place than Costa Rica (the Center for Ecological Research in Alajuela, Costa Rica 'Friends of the Earth'). Wetlands shelter enormous quantities of unique plant and animal species, which in many cases, are in danger of extinction. Voila! xoxo Asilde
