I kept my bags down to one backpack, as I would need to be flexible and not a slave to the bag check systems of any company. My flight left Chicago at 1:20pm, so I had to be at O'Hare and through security by 12:30pm. The airport was the last piece of American soil I would be on for an entire week. I boarded the plane at 1:30 and we were off to the Eurozone. My plane was a direct flight, arriving at 7:00am on Saturday.
