The evening is spent joyously sharing the memories of our trip over a traditional Argentina bar-be-que.
After our celebratory lunch we return to the airport excited. The next flight is to the ultimate destination - San Rafael. We fuel and prepare for departure. The fields and valleys below are beautiful. Patrick is looking forward to seeing friends. We reminisce about the trip and talk about the evening's plans. When we are 50 miles out from San Rafael we see ominous clouds in the distance. There is a large storm front between San Rafael and us. There are two possible ways to get around it, but which is safer? The frequent lightening bolts brightening the right side of the front decides our path for us. We land safely in San Rafael just before the rain starts and are greeted by a group of Patrick’s friends.
