Russian Ballet
Entry 6 of 10 | show all | print this entry |

After our long but fascinating day in St. Petersburg we got back to our room, changed our clothes hit the buffet and headed out to the ballet, The Nutcracker. We had never seen the Nutcracker and really enjoyed the story, but the entire event was incredibly touristy and seemed a bit like a high school performance until the solos at the end. But it got better as the night went on and was an enjoyable evening. When we got out of the ballet it was still light out at 10:30pm. The long nights are fabulous!
