To keep things interesting and to avoid that restless feeling of finishing up our long trip, we decided to move to Chicago. Well it didn't quite happen like that. Actually Amy got a great job in the Midwest and since Chicago was on our top 5 (#5 to be exact) of places we would consider living in, we made the jump.

Now we have had some interesting pack jobs in the past 20 months or so, but this one topped them all with us having to move to Chicago from two different locations, as we split our stuff between Seattle and Los Angeles for storage while we were gone.

The move to Chicago
I like your outlook -- it's not the end of the trip, it's the beginning of a great adventure to relocate to Chicago. What a fabulous city!! I might even come and visit you there sometime. (Lucky you) It's always so fresh and interesting. Aunt Peg
