Well I am back in Vienna after spending the day in Salzburg. First of all, Austria is absouletely beautiful and the food here has been suprisingly fantastic. If you havent noticed i butcher many names and spelling, mainly because i am tired, rushed and working with different style keyboards. Anyway, vienna has been somewhat of a relaxing stop for us but we have visited and seen many palaces and cathedrals, most of which have a gothic style architecture. The palace we visited call the schloss palace was a hapsberg place and is very extravagant and well preserved. It has been nice having celia around because she is so knowledgeable of ancient history, in greece and rome she knew all the gods, who was married to who, who killed who, and i thought that gift only pertained to tv and movie trivia, but i am pleasantly suprised. She is also very knwoledgeable about european history and about the hapsbergs and medicis, etc, makes me realiye my education really sucked or i have no memory!
Well, we were able to climb the stephan cathedral tower and had amzing views of vienna, also of course viisted mozart´s apt he had while here. Unfortunately the belvedere was closed on monday so we were unable to go in and see the kiss by klimt.
