Well Santorini was Amazing and so beautiful. The people build on the cliff sides and the island is actually the rim of a volcanic crater, hence the caldera. The caldera is the crater which is sunken and filled with water. In the middle remains the volcano which is still considered active. Yesterday, we took a boat to the volcano and some thermal hot springs. The volcano was basically a hike to the top which we did in over 90 degree weather. We then took the boat to the hot springs where people just started jumping off the side of the ship into the sea and swam to the springs. It was nice to jump into the water but our stay was rather short. An interesting part to getting to the old port is if you chose to walk you can either go on mules or walk down a zig zag path and walk through all the mules, which is what we did. I will post pics later!  Anyway, the town itself is busy with tourist and there are so many restaurants and tavernas and churches. One thing about greece that i learned my first day is that meal times are pretty much 10 am breakfast, lunch between 1-4pm, with most reaturants closed until 1pm, and dinner from 9pm -1 am. Last night we did like the greeks and had lunch around 5pm and dinner around 12:30 am. The food has been delicous and Celia is writing down some of our favorites so we can try to make back home. Last night we had grilled feta with tomato and green peppers with herbs and EVOO. The wines are popular in santorini as they hve vineyards but they were a bit too sweet for me and i stuck to beers.  today we are off to see the Ruins of Agora and other nearby ruins, but right now its about 95 at 5pm!  Tomorrow we have a full day in Athens and Sunday we are off to Venice Italy. Caio!

One more thing, I am sorry if i misled you all, but i didnt try the cobra! I was offered it but politely refused. apparently its very expensive.
