We got up early, used the Moose Wilson Road again, and this time saw a female moose lying down.  We made it to the Moose Entrance Station at 7:00 am.  We stopped at a few pullouts for pictures but our first stop was Jenny Lake.  We took a boat shuttle across the lake for $7.00  We hiked back to Hidden Falls about half a mile.  It was a 200 ft. cascading falls worth the hike.  Then we hiked the 2.2 miles back along Hidden Falls horse trail.  This took one hour and fifty minutes total.  We got some ice and continued on to the String Lake.  At first we were just going to go to the intersection with Leigh Lake but decided to do the whole loop.  It was 3.4 miles and it took 1 hour and eighteen minutes.  We ate lunch at the picnic area.  Next we did the signal mountain road.  From the overlook we had a great view of the Snake River and from the other side a great view of the Tetons.  Then we backtracked a little to see the oxbow turnout.  The river really meandered here.  We also stopped at the Jackson Lake Dam.  Then we parked at the Colter Bay Visitor Center.  We did Lakeview trial which was two miles, and it took 48 minutes.  Next we drove all the way to Flagg Ranch.  It is situated between the two National Parks.  We got gas and ice, checked out the lodge, then checked in at the campgrounds.  We ate a snack then drove to the start of the Huckleberry Hot Springs.  We had to ford a little stream which was somewhat fast moving and very cold.  The hotsprings were not as impressive as I thought they would be.  In most spots the water was only a foot deep but it was very hot.  We finished the one mile trail then cooked some hotdogs.  We went back to the lodge where I worked on typing for my grad school class.  Early to bed again so that we could get up early.
