Ground Hog Day !!!

It was just like groundhog day yesterday.   We arrived in San Fransisco four hours before we left Sydney!!!   I should have done some major sin, so that I could just have undone it when I arrived in San Fran!!    We found our hotel well.  Got on the train from the airport, and then climbed up a steep hill to get here.   Once again we are in China Town!! But it is so mush.    We are just loving San Fran.

We went on the cable car, (but actually I would call it a tram).   Done lots of shopping and will do our sight seeing tomorrow and at the weekend.

Our hotel is nice, and perfect for our needs.    We only saw one internet cafe on our travels, and these computers at our hotel, which is $12 for an hour!!   Quite costly.

We went to have supper last night in a mush little diner (just like in the movies).   There was even an old car in it.  Quite a lot of street people here in SF, but they just stop asking you if you politely say no to them, which is good, nothing worse than being hounded by a queue of street people!!

Phew, San Fran is very hilly .... we should have some good leg muscles by the time we leave!    I am so enjoying the American accent, and hearing the Afs (sorry ... African Americans!!)  with their lingo.   Get a good giggle.
