Today is May 15th, 2008!!! Hooray!!! We're coming back in 2 days!:) Aren't you Happi???
Anyway, we went to Asasaka and someone (hint: it's a boy) got lost! Haha!!! There was a 100 yen shop there and we bought many stuff. Next time I say we should bring more money :). (Hint, hint. Wink, wink). Then we went to Akiabara. We went to the arcade there and we spent most of our money. It smelt like smoke and when we came out we smelt all smokey. Then we had to go to the store and spray ourselves with axe. By the time we came out, we smelt GOOD :).
The weather is finally warm and I don't need to keep borrowing people's jackets...yet...Every place we visited was windy so far, so we're enjoying this weather.
We're having a FUN time and can't wait to see you in 2 days. Peace!

Wow, What a great field trip!
Thank you Mr. Bowling, for keeping us in touch with our kids while they are on this great journey throughout Japan. I was kind of lost on the days that you were unable to post an entry.
I am a little curious about what the mystery dish was and who was it that got lost! But I'm sure that we'll hear all the great stories when the kids get back.
Thanks Again, Everybody enjoy and be Safe!

What boy was lost?
Kaelen...hope it wasn't you after that lecture about staying with the group. Anyway, I'm glad everyone is safe. Looks like everyone is having a wonderful time. FYI...Kaelen, the waves are flat for now but it looks like the swells will be coming in soon. Got to go to the beach when you get back. Sayonara. mom

Sorry about the duplicate entries
This mom is not familiar doing these entries. I must have entered three times. Sorry!

Be Careful
Hope everyone is safe. Please stay with a partner when you folks go out on your own. Enjoy your last days in Japan. We are really enjoying all the entries you folks are doing.

So Chloe, I hope you didn't waste (spend) all your money on those video games, I know you can get carried away sometimes. hahaha. I can't wait to see you and give you a big hug when you come back. Dad, Stephanie and I 'think' Tiffany misses you, but not as much as me. Love You, Mom.

smiles all 'round
I enjoy seeing your pictures. I can't believe all of the smiling, happy faces! It makes me happy, knowing that you are having a great time.

Gave me chicken skin, seeing you in kimono, looking so nice. What an incredible experience!

To the boy who was lost: I'm sure it happens to all of us with more adventurous spirits. I remember getting on that ill-fated bus in Mexico...end of the line...what the bleep do we do now?!! Luckily, I was with 3 friends and somebody took care of us and helped us get back to the hotel. Scary and fun at the same time--the best kind of scary!

I haven't missed you, 'cause I'm enjoying the rest (haha) and I know this is the BEST place for you all to be! Good on ye!

See you soon, Mr. R

Cinnamon Misses You!
We just love reading the daily entries - the adventures - both scary and exciting all at the same time. Amy, enjoy your last couple of days. Do you feel like it has gone by quickly? Are you looking forward to coming home (to salami and rice)? We all miss you but I think Cinnamon misses you the most! Love - Mom

Name that dish - By any chance Fugu???
I was wondering if the dish in question was Fugu (or Fuku in Shimonoseki)? I mentioned to Chris T. that Shimonoseki was supposed to be known for Fugu and he mentioned that he wanted to try it. If it was Fugu, who were the brave souls?

Lost & Found Adventurers:
I'm relieved that 'he' was found. You guys need to look after one another...I remember saying that right before you left. Enjoy the rest of your trip safely, and come home with lots to tell.
