- Today we went ashore and found the laundromat. It is owned by a Bahamian couple and they told us to just drop it off and they would wash, dry and fold it and we could pick it up around 2 pm. How cool! So we went back to the Tipsy Seagull (which was closed) and proceeded to update the blog. 2-1/2 hours later we took a walk along the beach and talked with some fishermen. Den decided he has to go surf fishing before we leave this place. One guy caught a Bonefish and the other caught a Pompano while we were there. We saw a little terrier playing volley ball using his head to keep a balloon in the air. That dog was good! We found a place to rent kayaks and hope to do so this week. Den grilled chicken breasts and sweet potatoes and I made the salad and we had dinner on the boat watching the sunset. Since there are no big city lights to blind us, the stars were in 3D. The Big Dipper was much larger than in Michigan. But Orion's belt is much smaller. There were 3 Moorings catamarans anchored near us, obviously charter boats.
