I had been longing for this dish ever since I home! Broad rice noodles (like Ho Fun) cooked in a wok with soy sauce, oyster sauce, vegetables, egg, shrimps, chicken and other little unidentifiables! I think they also fry the noodles in pork fat to give a very distinctive flavour.
