we stopped for gas on out way to the jungle

the jumping off point for our 6 day tour

trees grew rightout of the water
the lake reflected the sky perfectly
the capitan of out boat
where we slept the first night
our house
our beds
beginning the 2nd day with a 6 hour treck
as tall as me
a poisonous snake
we crossed a lot of bridges like this
our guide preparing a snack of sugarcane
it was almost dark when we finished the treck
an hour walk in the savanah after the jungle

it was big
the indian village we slept in the second nig
cute
the welcome sign for the village of 300 peopl
red water; it was surreal
our guide
our boat
more and more and more and more walkng
and more
we walked from as far as the horizen. serious
our reward-a lagoon with 7 waterfalls
thats what we looked like on our boat
we walked under this waterfall
and then we walked to the top
and then we walked through more plains
the water turns red from minerals in the tree
tabletop mountains and a cloudy day
flowers that are called indians lips
the highest waterfall in the world
the whole wode world
it was scary up there, terror in my eyes...
the water was so freaking cool
