We only ended up staying in Chandigarh to break up the journey to Rishikesh so we stayed only one night but this town look nice and is very clean compared to most places in India. We visited the Nek Chand FAntasy Rock Garden which is the second most visited site in India after the Taj. This place was class all made from recycled materials and looks like something out of Alice in Wonderland meets the Stone age.
We got the 2pm train to Haridwar and then a bus onto Rishikesh
