Arrived early in Udaipur and settled into the Anjani Hotel which is a lovely place. We went for breakfast on the rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake and the city. There were 3 other people having breakfast two english girls and an irish guy  Garath who as it turns out was in Science in UCD with Sarah and she had been to a house party in his house 8 years ago -- small world!! 
After chilling out for the morning we went and booked our Indian cooking class for that afternoon in Hotel Krishna Niwas. The cooking course was excellent we learned how to make Chapatti and nan,
