We got a taxi to the bus station and found ourslves 5 hours early for our bus, methinks we were slightly over cautious when we booked it. We tried to change it but couldn´t and alas were stuck in Santiago bus station for 5 hours. I am ashamed to say we had 2 Mcdonalds that day as it was the nearest and best place we could find to sit and wait for 5 damn hours!! Still it soon passed and we finally got on our bus to Mendoza.
How on earth did you manage that? My worst bus station experience was in Mumbai that was 7 hours and we just sat on our rucksacks to scared to move! The toilets are another story - your Niece has woken up! L xxx
