Hey! howz it people!? Spent 2 great nights in Coffee Bay on the wild coast! Its a backpackers on a beach in the middle of nowhere basically! Mets loads of folk who were all up for a laugh and a beer. We played BUFFALLO so were not allowed to put our drinks on the pool table or hold your drink with your right hand... haha. On one of the nights there was an Earth Dance festival where they had local musicians (drummers) then after that a couple of DJ's came on and played Trance till 4am! I met a girl called Bianca who had spent 9 months living with a local family and was able to speak Xhosa. Xhosa is the language with all the clicks in it - very hard to speak and understand! She is also an amazing dancer so went on stage and busted a few moves. She really inspired all the wee Xhosa kids watching her and it was amazing to watch.
Me and a few others hiked to the "hole in the wall" which was a good idea at the time coz the weather was great when we left but after an hour it was blowin a gale and pishin it down! I had run out of socks that day haha so i look like a right idiot in the photo. (will put it on soon).
Next stop Durban to meet up with Mary and Colin Flett (my cousin's fiance's parents!)
Hope all is well back home, you guys are missed :-)
