I have a newer much preferable schedule now:

Monday: 8:30AM - 3:00PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Off

Friday: 8:00PM - 8:30AM

Saturday- 8:30AM - 3:00PM

Sunday - 10:30AM - 8PM

This means that I have from 3PM on Monday until 8PM on friday to do what I like and go where I like. However the trade off is that I work from 8PM friday until 3PM on Saturday.

As for me and here, work has settled down since we have put up signs directing the guests to clean up after themselves and lost some of the staff who I suspect was not pulling their full weight.

I have remained active, nightly hiking to the top of sacramonte to scale the wall and watch the sunset, walking up and down the massive hill I live on into town and taking the occasional hike. Yesterday I summitted Valeta at the top of the Sierra Nevada 3.398 meters. I went to bed early (for Spain) at 11PM and woke up at 4PM today feeling like I had a super hangover from hell (not having touched a drop) I have been resting and trying to recover all day. I think it was either altitude sickness, if thatīs possible, or dehydration or the combination. Anyway it was a whole different world up there and strikingly vast and beautiful. An experience of a lifetime and worth it no matter how terrible I feel today. There is more details involved in this story, but Iīll post them on the travel blog soon.

Today is the beginning of another festival! SURPRISE!!!!! The Spanish canīt seem to stop partying. Last week was an African and film festival and for the next two weeks until the 8th of July there is a dance and music festival. Tonight the university jazz band is going to perform some swing music in one of the plazas so I think I will head down there to see if I can discover some Granadian swing dancers or at least listen to some music from the homeland and get starry eyed for the upcoming Herrang. Speaking of, I have bought my tickets to get to Stockholm; I leave from Granada Airport on the 29th of June at 9AM and arrive in Frankfurt Airport an 12PM that day. Then I spend the day and night in Frankfurt, just to check it out and leave for Stockholm at 9AM on the 30th and arrive at 12PM. That will give me that day to get to Herrang and start work on the 1st of July.

Well I should go and check out some of these other emails. It is actually really hard to check my email because there is always someone on the computer. I will be in Herrang so, hopefully, my time there will be relatively problem free.
