I've finally arrived in Bangkok after about a 30 hour journey that had both its ups and downs. The flight to New Delhi was delayed and all together I believe it took about 18 hours with those delays but upon arrival I got to stand in immigrations both to enter the country (1 hours wait) and then turn right back around and stand in another line to leave the country (another hour wait). They also frisk you in New Delhi airport which was interesting in and of itself (but it was by a girl I must add). After that it was on to my connecting flight to Bangkok and after my taxi driver got lost I finally made it to Bangkok. It is only 9am here but I am soo tired I think I will take a nap once I get to check into my hotel and then head off to see some of the city before leaving for the Hill Tribes in Northern Thailand in 2 days. I have more to add later but that will be all for now as my internet time is running out!
