To everyone who has followed our log, this will be the final entry. The end of our journey has ended in the most tragic possible way. The pain we thought was gall stones turned out to be esophageal cancer. At 1:00 am this morning, Carl passed away. The cancer exploded into his abdomen causing kidney failure.
I appreciate everyone's love and support during our travel and would appreciate everyone's continued prayer as I begin a new journey with my children.
Oh Christy, I have followed your journey and am greatly sadened by the death of your husband. I can't imagine what you are going through. I hope you find the strength to go on and get support from those around you. Know that you and your family are in my prayers.
