unbeknownst to us, we arrived in one of portugals finest surfing destinations in peak swell season..... and in the middle of the rain...... still managed to fit in some quality time with some wine and cheese on the beach watching the waves..... even if we were sheltred under the stair case. managed to sneak a few hours in the medievil town of obidos as well which was amazing even if it was a bit touristy. walked about the towns walls and thru the cobblstoned village..... i think i am still getting used to the grandure of europe, with its castles and architecture..... i wonder if my little innocent aussie girl amazement will ever where off.... soooo much history and culture here....
