Having a heatwave. It should be only 88 here in May but is over 100. I don't like it! Have to go from one casino to the next just to get cool. So far haven't gambled, but may risk a $ just to say I have. Not much else to say - you have all heard what it's like and that's how it is but more so. We visited R's cousin Lisa for a bbq and swim in pool. Then it was off to Phoenix to visit the parents of the 2 cousins. Phoenix is currently even hotter than LV.
Phoenix has those huge cactuses you see in cartoons. It is also hot (see photo). Over 40.
Aunty Pauline made a great sherry trifle. Staying with another Freeloader host, once again being looked after very well. She has a pool and air con - I love her. Moving North again tomorrow towards the Grand Canyon.
