Only a few days in Panama City to see the sights - mainly the Panama Canal.  As in South America, this capital is just another city and I didn't really think I would stay long.  I wish my few days had been over a weekend because the nightlife seems to be really hopping here (by all reports).  There appears to be a decent gay scene and the men are....let's say...worthy of a few nights out.

BUT, I arrived on a Monday and don't want to stay until the weekend.

Made a run to the Miraflores locks of the Canal, which are closest to the city.  I didn't think it would be all that exciting, but wanted to see it for myself.  Big ship in; big ship raised; big ship out.  The documentaries and history of the canal are interesting, but actually seeing the results are....yeeeeeeeaaaah.
