I arrived in Boston & jumped on the T to meet Kristina at work. Kristina, who I have probably already referred to as KMart, is a friend from Atlanta who moved home to Boston a few years ago to become Director of Aquatics (or some such title) at MIT. She gave me a quick tour of MITs athletic facilities and I must say they ROCK. Seriously massive. It's quite a change from being a CRM consultant at Deloitte and the change suits her well. She seems very happy.
KMart had a baby in December and this was my first chance to meet Katie, or KMart Jr. At the risk of offending many, I must pronounce Junior to be the cutest baby alive. She'll be the biggest hit at Easter if mom can somehow prevent the poop explosion from ruining the Easter dress.
After a quick stay, Kristina passed me off to Chris & we headed north to Manchester for the weekend...

Happy Travels Rodney!
It was great to see Rodney in Boston on one of his final days prior to leaving the US for his mega-trip. I must say I was very impressed with his packing. I verified that the early post showing the contents of his bags were indeed the contents of his bags...no sneaking in anything extra.
Katie took to Rodney immediately. What a way he has with kids!
I'm happy to note that some of Maggie's dog hair will probably accompany Rodney on his trip.
Safe travels Rodney, I can't wait to keep reading!
