So after an aweseome week in Pucon meeting lots of cool people and having a blast it was time for us to hit the road. Our hostel owner from Pucon (Hector)was a great bloke and decided that he would like to drive us to his summer house and on to our next destination. So we ended up staying in a little town called Loncoche, known for its wood industry. A funny little place to see the local way of life in Chile but not enough to keep us busy. On to Valdivia it was. Another hour or so in the car heading south. We stayed in a great cabanas (kind of like a bed and breakfast but our own small house to stay in)for a couple of nights and got to see the local area. Huge big elephant seals waiting to be fed at the fish market, a quick drive to the coast to see the old forts of Collac and a short stop at the Kuntsmann Brewery on the way home to sample the local beer. A party with the girls next door and a night on the town was just in order.
