As decided yesterday - this morning when we woke up we didn't hurry to go out and do the sight seeing.  In fact, we didn't get out of our hotel room until about 1:30pm!  I finally feel rested again.
Last night was much better sleeping wise, Mattias slept better but Roxy and I when we wake up during the night don't seem to be able to fall asleep again... Grrrrrr....

Today we went to the Central Park.  I never realised how big Central Park actually is considering it is in the middle of Manhattan!  We saw the ice skating ring (no we didn't ice skate as there were huge lines of people waiting in line).  We also saw the horse rides that you can take through the Central Park but you only go through a fraction of the park so we walked. We also saw America's largest carousel.  We also walked through the famous Chess House.  We went over the famous Bow bridge and then we started making our way back.  So after a couple of hours we didn't even visit half of the park.  We'll do that maybe later... :-)

We then went to the Bryant Park where they had the American version of the Christmas markets and a big Christmas tree. We had dinner in a French restaurant and was really nice.

The last stop for the day was at Time Square.  Now this was one crazy place to be (lucky that Mattias was sleeping in the pram).  There were so many people there that we barely managed to move with the pram.  We entered into a Toys"R"Us store and the store was on 4 levels and had a Ferris wheel in it!  The store was packed with people and it was an utter chaos with staff trying their best to contain the crowds.  I don't know how but we managed to get outside and it didn't take us long to head back to our hotel.

I started having a runny nose - not a good sign...

Let's hope that tomorrow will be less chaotic.
