This morning we woke up extra early (around 5am!!!) - I think it's got to do with the fact that we have to go back home.  It's almost over... NOOOOOO!!!
There was still one more day and nothing will stop us enjoying our last day in Bali.
We hired a driver for a day to take us around country side and various tourist attractions.  This was cool as you can cover a lot of Bali in just one day.  We started off by visiting the Tanah Lot temple.  It wasn't bad but I was annoyed that we had to pay the entrance fee and then for every single bit they were telling us "donation, donation..." they really sounded like a broken record. :-)  Anyway, there were some nice views from the cliffs surrounding the Tanah Lot temple.
We then drove around the country side to see Jatiluwith rice terraces (see photos).  The green colour was just awesome Bird

Our net stop was Ulun Danu temple on the lake Beratan.  Here we saw the nicest gardens in Bali so far.  
We also stopped at one of the markets where there were a LOT of spices.  The thing you have to be prepared for in Bali is that you will be annoyed with sales people to death.  All you hear is: "Madam Foot Massage yes? Sir spices yes?, etc"  It's pretty funny.
We continued our drive to Lake Byan and Lake Tambilngan and on our way there we say heaps of monkeys - just on the side of the road.  It was cool.
Then we went to our last stop for the day - we went to a town called Ubud where we picked up our album from the photo shoot we did on Friday.  We spent about an hour in Ubud looking at shops and uploading the edited photos from the photo shoot to the travel blog.
Finally we were on our way to the airport... We made it there by around 7pm.  We refreshed ourselves, changed and go ready to check in.  We were fortunate to get tickets as it was quite busy.  After browsing through the airport we made our way to the departure gate, got security checked and all.  Then we just waited board our Jetstar flight.  There was one thing missing... the plane!  The incoming aircraft was about an hour late and there was not even one flight to tell us what was going on.  Anyway we boarded the plane about 23:00 and left about half an hour later.  We will be in Australia in about 7-8 hours...
