We spent the first several days in Florida state parks, one was Falling Waters S.P.  The park has a beautiful waterfall and sinkholes covered with moss along the boardwalk. .We met up with Craig and Shelly there.  Shelly and I even found time to play Mah Jongg.
Well, we have gotten as far as Baton Rouge, LA .  On Saturday we went to tour a big old southern plantation, Houmas House.  Along the way (our GPS was taking us on every secondary road in LA) we went past a small store that advertised seafood and deer processing.  Decided to go back and check it out.  That was a nice find!  Fresh crawfish, shrimp, catfish, etc.  We bought 2 pounds of fresh boiled crawfish and sat outside the store for a picnic lunch.  Yummm, were they ever good!  We continued on to the plantation and came across a new way to set up a camper.  Check out the picture!  Finally, the plantation.  Beautiful house and gardens.  Sunday was pretty much a wash.  It rained most of the day and Baton Rouge shuts down on Sunday.
