Well its time to leave the Gili Islands im gutted this place is my kind of town the diving is good , the nightlife is great it's a proper fun place and the beach isn’t too sad either I take in a final view of the island from the jetty before its time to board the Gili Cat boat back to Padang Bai & Bali.

Its 11am and the captain beeps the horn and were off the Gili Cat is Goo this boat is rather rapid has 3 outboards and we are motoring , its still going to take nearly two hours for the crossing though.

Seems its always me who gets the travel sick person sitting behind them , that noise really gets me going so lucky for me I have my ipod so I stick my headphones in and let Ted suffer huey music , the crossing is rough and I mean rough its like being in a bathtub the Gilicat isn’t that big and the oceans huge , waves swamp the boat but the cat carries on to be honest I can understand why the persons being sick behind me this is a bumpy ride GiliCat id call it Rough old tom cat , but eventually we make it into Padang Bai relatively unscathed.

Our punishment isn’t over yet we still have the one & a half hour journey on the road from hell , I wont go on about it again but it’s the same unfinished road that I mentioned before its almost 4pm by the time we are back at the Swastika in Sanur after a well earned lie down its off out for something to eat , raid the cash point and a few beers we have an early flight tomorrow and this is the last bit of civilization as we know it for a while as Komodo is calling me.
