This campground is on the Klamath River with beautiful trees and panoramic views. We drove to the top of the bluff and put our chairs in the bed of  "Chuck". There we waited for whales.....no whales.  Our NCL friends stopped by and we all went on an elk hunting expedition.  We found one elk in Elk Valley. We thought we saw a bear, but no picture. As we were heading home, we saw a whole herd of elk feeding in a field. We caused a traffic jam, for everyone wanted to see what we were looking at. The next day brought more rain. We met our friends for dinner in a restaurant with an unusual decor.  The dining room was designed so you felt you were under water.  When you looked up to the ceiling, you could see the underside of ducks, rowboats and swimmers.   A fun time with great people.
