I have been in this city for almost a week now.  It is hot, humid, tons of restruants, bars, dancing, walking, walking, walking.....so much that i just bought running shoes.  The people have been incredibly nice here.....supricsing for a big city.  The style is off the hook.  Ive never seen so many bad haircuts that somehow seem good.  I mean, the Argentines have completely brought back the MULLET and DUCKTAIL from the eighties, then with true outlandish courage, combined it with the FAUXHALK.  Išve seen beautiful girls with bowl cuts from the 70s, and then long waist length hair in the back.  Yes, o yes.  I have been meetin tons of people here and having a great time, yet still am not into the big city as much as some people.  Mucho mutherfucking hente.  There are tons of people here.  I beleive about 13 million.  San Telmo is where I have been staying most of the time.  Its nice because you can walk to restraunts and bars very easily, then hop on the subway to any part of the city.
