Trinidad

Anyway, after two ok-ish weeks (Havana was a bit disappointing really) I hopped on a bus to Trinidad, a very sweet little town about 6 hours away. I picked one of the casa owners who launched themselves upon us as we disembarked and found a room for the night. Later on I went out in search of a spot with some music and found the fabulous casa de la trova - outside terrace and a great salsa band :-) out of the 150 or so people there, the singer invited me to dance with him - I´m pleased to say I gave a good show ;-) all that practice on a bar counter in china must have taught me something !!

The next day was the day of unfortunate hillside experiences and I decided I needed to move on...
