YES!!!! I am 23 years old! Not old yet! hahahaaah....
It's my first time to celebrate my special day, my birthday away from my family! Since, I am working in Davao City, I celebrated my birthday together with my office mates and some new found friends.
It was working hours  for me, but to my surprised, my office mates brought some foods, and as well as my manager from the main office donated money for the simple celebration of mine. LOL
Thanks to him for that.
I was so touched with their efforts because, some bought cake for me to blow! yey!
Just a simple gathering, and that made my big day so special for me!

After work, went to church to pray and thank the man above for all the blessings he gave to me! Lit candles, as the usual Roman Catholics like me do during birthdays. I went back to my boarding house. That night, my closest buddy told me, that we should enjoy my big day. LOL
We waited for my other two closest buddies, for they are still on duty. I was so happy, because I have received many greetings through text messages from my family of course, my bestfriends, and relatives. I was teary-eyed, because I felt homed-sicked and I know that I am so loved by them.

My two buddies arrived, then went to the famous leisure park in Davao City, the People's Park!
We did food trips! we did street foods to feed our hungry tummies! cool isn't it? LOL
The park has no entrance fee, but it has a strict policies, anyway it is for the safety of the guests.
It is big, ideal for family outing, even picnics. They provided table for picnics. We took pictures in every corner of the place. We took a rest, chit-chatting, laughing, eating foods that we bought outside the park, and to our surprise, we met new found friends. They were so good enough to introduced their selves to us!

It was getting late already, and we still have a work for the next day! I was so happy that day, and thanking them for being with me, though I was away from my family. It was a night full of laughter!
Yes, year by year our age grow up but as what they said, age is just a number! I totally agree!
