After taking another beasting in the gym I had a nice rest before heading to the market with Sue, Roz and David. The Nueva Ferria market was huge, possibly the biggest one I have ever seen. Buying stuff was no problem and I eventually got a blanket (£4) in blue and white to keep me warm at night. It does seem to have turned colder. I also got a few other bargains including a set of speakers for my stereo for £3. The taxi back took forever because the streets around the market were full of buses, taxis and other vehicles, and very few were moving!

Later on we took a taxi (6 of us in the same cab) to a Mexican restaurant - Guadalajara. The food was wonderful with spicy chimichangas for me and fantastic margaritas all round. I was going to go out for a night on the town with the girls but when we got back to the house they faffed around so much getting ready that I fell asleep. Maybe I'm getting old!!!
