Today we drove from St. Louis, MO to Denver, CO.  We left at around 9am and arrived here at around 10pm.  We were pleasantly surprised about the size of the arch in St. Louis.  Neither of us had any idea it would be that big.  After we quickly drove through St. Louis, we stopped at McDonalds to get coffee, and the woman at the drive through wanted to put three creams and three sugars in our coffee, and refused to give us milk instead. So gross. We then drove quickly through Missouri until we reached Kansas City . We walked around a bit and had lunch there.  Everyone there was very friendly.  After, we spent most of the day driving across Kansas.  We had heard that Kansas is notorious for being extremely boring, and full of cornfields, but as we were driving, we didn't mind the surroundings.  It definitely wasn't exciting, but not as dull as we expected.  However, when we reached Colorado, it was extremely flat and boring.  (The opposite of what we would've thought).  When we finally reached the Denver surroundings, it got dark out.  We were hoping to see mountains in front of us, but since it was dark, we had no idea if they were near us.  We're now right outside Denver and have no idea if there are mountains all around us or not.  I guess we'll find out when we wake up and it's light out.  We don't have any very exciting stories or pictures yet, but starting tomorrow we will!
