After a couple more nights in Sandakan we headed for Semporna to do some diving that we'd heard so much about.  Found a new dive shop that was offering better prices than the other shops we'd checked out and decided to do a package 3 days 2 nights, 7 dives.  The first day it was just us and Nick our DiveMaster.  He showed us tons of turtles on the first dive, at least 13 or so and on the second we headed to an artificial reef where he pointed out a resident frogfish, among other things.  The second day a German couple had arrived so we weren't on our own but the cool thing was that Nick let Erik use his AWESOME underwater camera so we got lots of cool pics which you can see below.  We've been introduced to Nudibranchs which are these tiny invertibrates that live on the reefs and are tought to spot at first but once you know what you're looking for there are all kinds!  Since we'd spent top dollar on accomodations(hah) I woke up at one point to a little splash and something sloshing around in the shower bucket in our bathroom.  I made Erik go in to investigate and low and behold.... a Mouse!  That's fine, I grew up in the country, figured he wouldn't make it through the night.  Being a fiesty little rodent, he did so Erik threw him in th ocean only to watch him swim back towards the stilts our guesthouse was built on.  Planning ahead we put the bucket in the same spot with a little more water this time and what do ya know, he was back!  We also found out that the German couple who arrived the second day didn't have the bucket system knowledge and ended up with one on their bed(they did however had food in their room)  They decided to leave the next day and so we got an extra dive out of it!
