I can't believe the time's already here for me to write my last blog entry. It seems like just the other day that I started it! OK, time for a quick re-read of my first entry. Aww, bless, I was so cute! It's funny, because absolutely nothing that I was worried would go wrong went wrong. It was fine! Ok, maybe people in South America didn't have a clue what I was saying, but it was fine! And I did NOT have a bad time!

This trip has been the best four months of my life. I've done some incredible things, which I never thought I'd do. I've seen SO many places, I can't even count. Each of them beautiful in their own way. I've met the most amazing people on the planet! I have new friends all round the world who've made my trip so special and who I'll never forget. I've got some fantastic photos to look at and take me back to those awesome moments.

I've changed so much on this trip. From the nervous, shy, panicky girl I was before I left, I'm now more confident, loud, chilled out and nicer! Well, I think so anyway! When things go wrong now, instead of wanting to run home with my tail between my legs and hide, I'm super chilled about it, and take it in my stride. I'm completely confident in my own ability, as it's got me this far. I've had no one to rely on but myself in this trip, but I didn't need anyone else. I did it all on my own, and came out fine! I know now I'm capable of doing pretty much anything if I put my mind to it, and not to be afraid of the unknown! Yes, sometimes I still get a bit nervous when I got to a new place, but I just get on with it, and it all goes fine!

During my trip, whenever I told someone how old I was, the reaction I'd get would be 'What?!? You're 18?!?! And you're travelling by yourself? AND you're a girl? That's crazy!!!!'. It would actually be the same every single time. People seemed gobsmacked by this idea that an 18 year old girl would go travelling by herself. To me it didn't seem a big deal, but the more I travelled the more I realised how unusual it was! Only once or twice did I meet another girl the same as me. I don't see why more girls don't do it though, it's the best!

I've realised my love for nature and the outdoors is extreme. I'm at my happiest when I'm in the middle of no where. The amazing things I've seen while travelling have just made me want to study Geography even more. I also think I really would like to work in conservation, so that's something I will be looking in to!
Well, I definitely have the travelling bug now! I'm already planning all my future trips (much to my mum's dismay I think :P ), but I can't help it, there's so many things I want to see now! I've had the best start to my travelling life ever, and I'm wondering if any other 4 months in my life can ever top these ones, haha!

Anyway, it's time to catch my final flight now, my flight home. Seroiusly can't believe that's where I'm going! I'm excited to see my family and friends (and who am I kidding, my dogs!). I'm looking forward to having my own bed in my own room, have mum cook for me and do my laundry, and walking my dogs in the countryside!

Not sure how I feel after a week at home, but we'll see. I will do one my blog entry about a week after I get back, to see how I feel then. But right now, I'm just amazed at what I've done these past months, and really quite sad it's all over! So, goodbye world! It's been sweet as!
