Interesting night in Quito...

Actually calling is actually pretty easy and cheap. You get your own little cabin in shops, or actually phone call stores, and then pay when you get out. Some of them are internet based which is very interesting and cheap. Not bad at all -- except that they kick out after about 7 minutes!
Met up with the father of a girl that Lisa is friends with, who happens to live in Quito. All I have to say is that is was GREAT drunken expat behavior. It was a local Place called Adam´s Rib and about a dozen Expats, mostly American and English got completely out of their minds hammered
Met Jim ... whose hat I borrowed. He had spent most of the day trying to discover the "best damn bloody mary" in Quito. He used to fly for the US some secret squirrel stuff. But mostly, he couldnt stand up! Very entertaining!
And how could I forget Capt Ron? He has sailed pretty much everywhere on his Yacht ... knows all the ports...and has a nice girl from Equador with him. And boy can she dance! Like she´s done it before, really... Luckily Lisa got a little grove on with Capt Ron as well...very funny!!
Mark was great (the father of the Friend) he had had a few dozen before we meet up. We basically called and said can you meet in an hour!
Susan and George owned the place and Susan (from Texas) was soooo helpful with advice about where to go. Was great. George let me know about the open faced Turkey sandwich that he had just put on the menu...was great!!
Was an Italian woman´s birthday, so of course tequila.
Great, strange evening ... even if I dont mention the extended Texas two step dancing that was going on with tow other Oil guys who were in town!!!
