We took a bus from the campground for an hour and a half ride to Yosemite National Park. We spent time at the Visitor's Centre, watched a film about the park, and walked around to various spots in the park. There was a free shuttle around the Yosemite Valley area whereby you could get on and off at will and take trails and enjoy the views of the great stone mountains. We were very glad to have taken the bus as there were more deep ditches and it would have been a nightmare to find a place to park a motorhome. We were told if a motorhome is parked illegally the fine is $500 and if it has to be towed it is $1200, so our $24 bus ticket seemed like a bargain!

Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park is such a beautiful place to visit. Last year, I took a tour there with GotoBus.com and it enjoyed it so much. Thank you for posting these great pictures!
