Day 2 - Continued

So it´s currently 9 am ARG time and Andrea is still sleeping, probably due to the 2 bottles of wine we had last night, but who knows¿ Last night was so amazing I decided I couldn´t wait till later today to write about it. For those of you who know me you know that I LOVE steak and that the best Steak ever is the cowboy steak @ Chophouse in Michigan . Well as of last night there is no doubt in my mind that we have terrible beef in America because the steak last night was SOOOO much better than chophouse that I feel bad putting it into the same category. I ate Bife de lomo which was made on a parilla with coals. I forgot to take pictures of the master chef that cooked for us last night but don't worry I am going back there for breakfast (if they have), lunch, and dinner. To top it all off the whole meal after tip and 2 bottles of wine (the first being the house wine which was horrible) the total was 90 pesos which is less than $30 which also happens to be our cheapest meal. The steak was so good that I didn´t even notice that the waiter had brought us a bottle of wine with dinner nor did I remember to taste the steak with their house chimichure sauce. I almost ordered another bife de lomo for desert. Andrea said that I had never looked so happy eating!!!
I could go on and on on how good that dinner was but I will stop, since I know I will continue to rave about it tonight as I try every other meat they have to offer.

The pictures attached are at the restaurant. As is the case generally, i made friends with the table next to us after about one bottle of wine and the best steak I have ever had (oops I said I would stop). The couple next to us was really interesting. The woman is from Madrid and the man is from a small city in Germany I can't pronounce nor remember. They met each other in London i believe while on business but for different companies. They now live in Germany but speak Spanish at home (did you get all that?¿ ... very interesting). They were super nice, they thought I was Mexican at first but soon realized I was just a normal loud obnoxious Cuban. We spoke with them at great length about traveling since they had been to New Delhi and Beijing. Overall I give the night ***** and I give the Desnivel (the name of the restaurant which means unleveled, which is appropriate because they took steak to another level) a rating of *********************** if that is at all possible they would definitely receive it. OK I´m done, more to come after lunch and dinner. I now think of time in terms of how many hours before I get to eat there again!!!!

Love you all and now I miss everything but chophouse!!!
