Short break for a conference in Hong Kong. Stayed at the beautiful Shangri La Kowloon (www.shangri-la.com) , well located and real 5 star services. Despit my great conference, I will recommend several things: - Shopping: prices are similar to Dubai, so not impress my technology. Shall you like to buy gadget, you rahter go to Dragon Maart, one of the chinese area in Dubai (Near International City).
- Suits: very good deal, i went outside of the hotel, ans was apporached by an indian man. He show me his shop (shopping center next to 7 Elven, next to Kowloon Shangri La. First floor, named Prince Fashion: expect to get a 160 S fabrics made in England, tailor made suit for 200 Euro, very good deal. I am sure you can find cheaper , and also cheaper fabrics however it is absolutely needed to try several times your suits otherwise you can get screwed.
- Restaurant: went to Aberdeen Yacht club and ate into the Jumbo boat, a floating structure accessible via a traditional boat.
- Area: cross toward the bayu and walk along the Hollywood walk, featuring finger prints of Jet Li or Jacky Chan and couple of art martial statues
