In the Afternoon we went to the Civil Rights Museum which is the Lorraine motel where Dr King was killed on the balcony in 1964. The museum is a time line of Black history in America. Although only James Earl Ray was the only one convicted, He had to have some help to pull off, The museums idea is that he did it for profit rather than ideology.
Later in the day we went to a museum called the Pink Palace Museum , once owned by a cotton magnate, Than by a guy who started the Piggy Wiggly grocery Chain
In the Evening we went on a 1.5 hour walking ghost tour, We stopped in an alley where in the 1870s during a yellow fever outbreak, 200 people a day died. It go so bad they just left the bodies stacked in the alley for weeks as many as 500 bodies. So ghosts haunt the alley. Stopped by the Orpeum Theater where a little girl was killed crossing the Street to see a show in 1800s, She was ran over by a carriage, Today this day they never sell the seat . Many people have seen her ghost, Including Yull Brennor who sat alone in the theater and claimed he talked to her for 2 hours and her secrets are safe with him!!!!. Dogs bark when the go by the theater. Some entertainers refuse to come back after seeing her ghost. The guide had many other stops and ghost stories
