Host to my first tea smoked duck (way to salty and over rated) and my last Kung Pao chicken it was time to bid a sad farewell to Amber who has been my partner, companion and love through it all. It's been ten months away together and we have had our moments, indeed she will be missed. From now I fly solo and must continue on my way for a couple months more before I hang these hiking boots up and settle back down.
