This place was a lot more chilled than Lijiang but fake. Market in the Bai minority town of Wasse on the other side of the lake proved to be boring however on the minivan there was atleast one person smoking at anyone time and a peak of 5 people smoking simultaneously.

A strange phenomenon in China is the shirt roll up which consists of rolling the shirt meticulously up to the chest and then tucking it in so that it stays. As distasteful as it is I see the point as it is somewhat cooling but however this guy we saw today not only had his shirt rolled up but also one trouser leg up to his knee. To top it off he was also wearing a jacket, what's up with that?
